Perfect Sunday roast! Well cooked vegetables, crispy roast potatoes and to finish with homemade gravy and Yorkshire pudding. Hot plates! I'll definitely treat my mom to a nice lunch here for Mother's Day ! Food is always served on time and we were in love with each starter ! View all feedback.

Had a booking for mother's day at 6.30pm. They had run out of roast dinners, pie an only had 1 portion of fish and chips left! Also there would be 45 minutes wait for what food they had left. I understand its a busy day but left disappointed and I'm afraid won't be going back. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
This is a beautiful family pub great for the kids the atmosphere is lovely the food is very good and worth every penny. The staff are very pleasant can’t do enough for you would highly recommend
Went for a pint a couple of days ago. The ladies behind the bar were really nice and welcoming. The history and age of this place is so interesting built in 1460 it has many stories and it is said that Henry VIII frequented here too. We sat outside and enjoyed the openness and the weather. Didn’t try the food but the beer was good!
Lovely pub and very quirky and old inside which I love. Decent prices on food and drink as well.
Local pub, come for food and drinks quite often but just wanted to say how lovely Katelyn is, she was our server tonight and she couldn’t be more friendly, bubbly, helpful and professional. She’s a credit to the pub and I hope she this gets passed on to her.
