Where do I start. When we drove in at 9pm, the main Sonic sign was half lit. When we pulled into a stall to order, the video screen wasn't working. Neither were half of the other ones. The person taking our order couldn't understand us and it had to be repeated 3 times. They then informed us the shake machine was out of order.
