I ordered a pizza and salad from this MOD pizza location over delivery, it came 40 minutes later than projected and cold. The weather conditions were not ideal, but the store should have given a better projected time, and the location was very close so that the pizza should not have been cold. The taste of pizza was very good when I heated it again, and the salad was amazing. View all feedback.

This location is very dirty. Every table was dirty, we wiped our own down with a Lysol wipe. The catch basin under the fountain drinks was over flowing, and the floor had garbage and towels thrown on it. Went to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, and I couldn't even wash my hands because the soap dispenser was broken.
