What User likes about Tim Hortons:
The US Tim Hortons does have subtle variations in taste and presentation of items that we typically order up north. Grilled cheese panini tasted quite differently and so did Steeped Tea. Muffins and Donut seemed to inline though good French vanilla and coffee tasted different but overall nice. The folks behind the counter were friendly and helpful while they managed both instore and drive through customers. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Service was the slowest I've ever encountered in a Timmy's. We went inside to order 3 coffees and 2 donuts and the staff kept serving the drive through customers first. They were very disorganized. After a good 6 or 7 minutes, we finally got our coffees and had to remind them we didn't get our donuts. And there were no other customers in front of us inside. View all feedback.
