They were swamped. New Years Eve, which was understandable. I'm very patient and understanding, though. The Papa tracker was off. It's probably due to the number of orders coming in. The gal with the pixie cut blue hair was super friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome. Even with as busy as they were. My only issue was that we requested the pizzas all well done. What S R doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
We ordered extra cheese, and it didn't cover half the pizza. We ordered extra, not light! Also, one pizza was missing the only topping that we ordered aside from the cheese. How do you forget the only topping???? What a waste of money. FNO, we will get Domino's. View all feedback.
