Beware of identity theft! This hotel requires more than proof of ID to check; they need a photocopy of your ID. I've never heard of such a directive from another hotel. Apparently very suspicious presents the possibility for identity theft. I have no problem to prove that I am the cardholder, but this additional step led me to cancel my reservation and seek protection elsewhere. View all feedback.
