Steak 'n Shake - Elk Grove Village

What User likes about Steak 'n Shake:
The only reason I give 5 stars is because of our server Allen K tonight. They were short staffed and he busted his but to clean our table, seat us, get our food and even took one of our shakes off the bill because they took so long to get to us. Wow! Since the Randhurst location closed, it 's been years since we 've had Steak 'n Shake. My mother in law wanted to go so we took her to the Elk Grove location. We were super impressed!
