I've gotten drinks from here around 3 times maybe. They've never been made right so I just go to the stand alone Starbucks after Kroger instead. For example I ordered a venti iced soy latte with an extra shot. I watched them pour cold brew in a cup and some soy milk. I let them know I ordered a latte, not a cold brew and they were pretty annoyed to make it. Mind you there were 2 workerd and no one else in line. Not r... View all feedback.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!! I ordered a VENTI iced chai latte, got to the window and they handed me a tall. I tried to tell them I ordered a venti and the manager got super rude with me and tried to make me go through the line again and pay for a second drink!!! DO BETTER STARBUCKS!!! Very friendly. Had a very good conversation with one of the baristas. My drink was also great!
