Gilbert's Kitchen - Elgin

What User likes about Gilbert's Kitchen:
the best Chinese food around! I'm not kidding. No place to sit and eat, it's just out. Tell them when you eat in the car, they give you utensils. I love this place. Amazing roasted rice, tasty crab Rangoon... Soups all amazing, Mongolian beef has the bar for all other... General Tao chicken, brilliant, like the orange chicken. I could go on and on. What User doesn't like about Gilbert's Kitchen:
I use to love the food but I guess they changed owners. Egg roll much smaller and insides didn't taste good just a bunch of mush. Chicjen Efy was ok but Gravy was watery with no taste. We we're not sure what happened to the bbq pork fried rice but it wasn't right. Last was the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was great but the sauce had such little pieces of the vegetables that it was just sweet. Well, even though... View all feedback.
