A high quality restaurant. Everything we tried got us and a lot. the salted merluza, very tasty, shrimp, honoring the land, extraordinary, the best seafood that can be tasted, for its taste and texture. the rice consabido, at its owl point. the attention, more than correct, for the person who kindly attended us. to repeat many times. will be fixed on the trips of madrid alicante, from now on.

The Fayago restaurant in Elda offers an exceptional gastronomic experience that combines traditional flavors with an innovative touch. We tried their delicious hake salad, which was perfectly balanced and fresh, highlighting the quality of the ingredients. The croquettes were a true delight: crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, simply irresistible. Without a doubt, the star dish was the paellas, which were full of flavor and prepared with fresh ingredients that enhanced each bite. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, we were very comfortable in their booth and the service is attentive and friendly, making Fayago an ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable meal in Elda.
