Great place to eat as a civilian! Low prices and very healthy food options and even a world food option where you can get food from other cultures. I was most impressed with the price. I'd rate the Breeze Dining Facility with two stars. Unfortunately, the food here is very bland and falls short of average in quality. It seems like there's little care or thought put into the menu, which is disappointing, especially for young Airmen or soldiers who may have limited dining options.
