However, some guests have faced challenges, including ingredient shortages and inconsistent service. Read the previous reviews and was kind of scared going in, but the overall experience was good. Food was hot and the ordering process was quick and easy. Only negative was that the inside and parking lot were kind of messy.
Once again, I was not disappointed by the quality or quantity of the food. The staff was courteous and attentive. The only downside was that the tea was charming but unsweetened. I will definitely return.
The burrito was delicious and incredibly satisfying. It left a lasting impression!
The burritos are a great source of protein; I usually have two. The staff is decent, but they often run out of ingredients or aren't open when they're supposed to be, which makes me think there might be a staffing problem.
During my visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill, they were out of some items on the menu, which was understandable, but they also missed half of the items I ordered that were available. When I went inside, the staff seemed rude and uninterested, as if it was my fault for being there or expecting menu items to be in stock. I get that they were busy—I’ve worked in the food industry myself—but the whole experience was disappointing. It had been years since my last visit to a Chipotle, and unfortunately, this was not a positive one. I even had to stand in a long line to get my order corrected. We opted for pickup to avoid going inside since we were out of state with three kids, but it still took much longer than expected.
