Oh my! This is definitely the best KFC franchise I’ve ever been to. The service was top notch! The customer service rep was the nicest, I wanted to grab the meal for 2 but I didn’t know it required me to have a coupon to present to the rep. I told her I didn’t bring it along and she said it was fine, waives the requirement and then made the order. That’s what is called putting customer service first before money. Kee... It's just one room with a full door at the back of the restaurant, but it looked like it had never been cleaned. We ordered the 5$ Fill-up box that came with fries, huh popcorn, huh flatbread sandwich and a drink. there is a good place to sit.
Have never ordered for delivery but always have gone in person for pick-up Food has always been good, fresh, and the order accurate.
This KFC is the worst in the city. Service sucks the worker Luz is so rude doesn't have manners does not talk to customers politely. We received half of our order and didn't get the receipt I shared this experience this service with my friends and family NEVER COMING BACK
Had to wait for 15 mins and the food that was given was stale, with uncooked batter on the chicken and fries were also soggy. I even called to complain but the lady that spoke to me didn't acknowledge their mistake. Pathetic experience with this location of KFC.
