Servers...... Ummm your a server not a stripper ok. Put some clothes on. You bend over tables to serve to customers, cover up. Im not gonna mention anynames because most of them are like that. View all feedback.

I have gone often with my brother and my father and various other guests to earls both in west edmonton mall and to the earls on Jasper The service is inconsistent. I have had several of the salads some good some not so. They change the menu and it seems like they are trying to cut corners . Sometimes the food is good not great) sometimes the service is great. the price does not match the quality View all feedback.
Earl's has a recipe for mediocrity. It doesn't matter where you go - it's the same blah recipe. A hot looking young lady takes us to our table. A hot looking waitress serves us - kind of. And the same average food comes out. Cut and paste - whether it's Edmonton, Vancouver or elsewhere.For the record, I am not a big fan of chain restaurants so this review is biased. Having said that, I really like Cactus Club restaurants so i do try and keep my biases in check. Original Joe's is also better than Earl's IMO.
I am not a big fan of any chain restaurants. The business person we met wanted to eat here, probably to look at the wait staff. Anyway, we had our meal here and as expected, the service was poor. This is the Earl's formula wherever you go. I will say the Hunan Kung Po was pretty good though!
A great selection of meals and beverages for someone hungry as a hunter after a long journey or strenuous hike. Always friendly people and great service.
I was told that their Clam Chowder is absolutely excellent so I had to go for lunch to try it. It was good but nothing extraordinary. My friend had the Chicken, Brie and Fig sandwich on a ciabatta bun which she says is excellent. They have a great patio and it was nice to sit outside on a sunny day.
Late night snack. Sweet potato fries were super yummy especially with the garlic mayo. spinach dip was quite good as well. the shooters weren't very tasty though. service was nice :
