Terrific Indian food, on par with many of the well known and great Indian restaurants in Seattle. Mango Chicken is a personal favorite!
Two of us, who had never visited the Copper Pot before, dined there for lunch on a Monday. We arrived a bit late, so the restaurant was mostly empty. The service was excellent, and the owner was very attentive and helpful in answering our questions about different menu items. We're looking forward to returning with a few more friends so we can try more of the delicious offerings.
I took my family of eight to the Copper Pot for my granddaughter's birthday, and we had a fantastic meal. Since moving to Edmonds a few weeks ago, I have brought my family to the Copper Pot several times, and we have never been disappointed with the exceptional quality of the Indian food served there. This has quickly become one of my favorite places to dine in Edmonds.
I found the food to be nearly flawless. They typically fold the napkins in a distinctive style, and they serve the dishes in copper pots. The flavors are rich and deep, and I always ask for their special hot sauce. I highly recommend trying the lamb curry as well.
