louie’s is a fairly large holding place in edmond; service is excellent, decent selection of drinks and eating. I prefer their sandwiches and tacos to their burgers that are ok, but have a bit more a soft, damped texture to the flesh, vs. the crispy fried texture that I prefer in a burgerpatty. my wife loves her fried pommes and shoe frits. If you are a DoorDash driver, you will not be able to deliver for this restaurant. They have made it clear that tipping through the app is not allowed for drivers. I have received countless requests from them on my phone, but it seems like they have a preference for personal deliveries.
