September 2022: The restaurant is very new and impeccably clean. The service was quick, and my Asiago bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon was hot, fresh, and tasty. The coffee was excellent as well—not thin like what I often encounter at many Panera locations. View all feedback.

Too small for the area very crowded after normal lunch hours. All open tables were dirty and not wiped clean. Food was ok, self serve machines only. Make it inconvenient for older adults not tech savvy.
This location has horrible customer service. The orders always say ready and yet they have you waiting for your food. Today four workers watching me waiting for ten minutes for my food and said nothing. When I asked for my order they said oh it?s righthere. No apologies. This has happened many times.

I usually visit the Panera Bread in Raritan, so I was surprised by how different this location felt. I felt a bit awkward being in a new place. However, the staff here was remarkably attentive (not that the other location isn’t), and I ended up staying for three hours while waiting for my family. I appreciated the abundance of seating options and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt being there alone. When I encountered an issue, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. One of them even came over to check if I needed assistance while I was sitting down. I just felt this experience was worth sharing.
Consistently fresh food! We really prefer the location in the Middlesex College area over others. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your order is a great experience. They once made a mistake with my order and offered a free sandwich to make up for it. It truly doesn't get better than this. I’m a loyal customer for life!
