I have always been a fan of the baked almond plate. The fresh green beans are really crisp, and the wine roll took me back to my school days. The price I paid was quite reasonable compared to other restaurants – the meal was $9.99 plus tax. I think it’s very affordable, especially for those with smaller appetites. What User doesn't like about Luby's:
I don’t think they had it all together in the back. Had to wait for jalapeño tilapia for 20 min, then when they brought it...it didn’t have jalapeños! Food got cold quick. There was a couple practically fondling each other towards the back of the restaurant. Management should’ve addressed them or something...sheesh. At least their deserts were good. Yeah, probably not coming back. The one in Pharr is wayyy better. View all feedback.
