Closer to being a 5 than the 3.9 rating. The food is GOOOOOOODDDD if not equal to other Mexican joints. If you are an relaxed person, and plan on staying a bit, this is the place for you. If you just HAVE to have Mexican... no good alternative in area and cant go wrong. Keep it simple but wont get BAD product doing otherwise. Could do better on portions. Don 't go fancy.
