I'm celiac, so when I inquired about the fryer, I was advised that they have a separate fryer for gluten-free items. I ordered the schnitzel and chips, and it was absolutely delicious. Always delicious gluten-free eating. the owner is coeliac and has gone too long to make sure that the majority of the menu is gf. they will not be disappointed.
