Coffee was beautiful but staff lacking. Ordered 1 Cappuccino and 1 Americano, both decaff. Repeated my order three times before the girl understood. Also ordered one mince pie. We sat down and she brought the coffees. Agreeably cups were full but there was a saucer full of coffee which was put on the table. She didn't offer to bring a clean saucer or a napkin.
