A recent visit to this cafe for Mother's Day turned out to be a disappointment due to terrible service and a mix-up with online bookings. Despite its interesting decor, the inconsistent service and lack of communication left a bad taste. On the bright side, the quirky Viuna coffee and the tasty pastries were highlights for some customers. Terrible Mother's Day experience here. The cafe's website offers online or phone booking. Made an online booking, detailing my Groupon voucher. Arrived for lunch to be told they had no record of our booking. Showed my email confirmation from them, to which they said they do not take online bookings. What a sham.
