This restaurant has an amazing team! They are incredibly patient and accommodating. Even while I was waiting, they greeted customers by name, which shows how much they care and how well they perform their jobs. I ordered two sandwiches on different tickets, and they were delicious. I have visited this Togos many times, and the owner is consistently very nice. However, during my visit today, I ordered my usual sandwich and requested bacon. Although I was charged for the bacon, it wasn't added to my sandwich. It was disappointing to see the young employee struggle with the task. They asked me several times what I wanted but still didn't get it right! I left feeling quite frustrated. View all feedback.
