I love that they always remember my coffee and most of them know who I am as soon as I start ordering. The employees that have been there for a while (Christina, Genevieve, Miles and Angel) They always make my coffee exactly the way I like it. EVERY TIME we go through here they are extremely RUDE. From being snappy at the ordering phase, to being snots at the window. My husband just went through to pick up our order, and the lovely person at the window gave him a nasty look, didn 't say A WORD when he said thank you, and just shoved the drinks out the window and walked away.
