I meet up with friends here occasionally for a hot drink, and find it to be perfectly satisfactory. It's always spotlessly clean, the service is efficient, and the drinks are nice and hot. I tend to go for the hot chocolate, while my friends have coffee with soy milk, and we can't fault them.
