Went in on sept 20th for my fathers birthday, the staff did not show up to work. The owner was working by himself. Preparing food , taking orders everything. I must say he was a bit overwhelmed and nervous. None the less. All our food order was perfect , very delicious. Good sized portions. The grilled shrimp were amazing. What Cristo Viene doesn't like about Caracoles:
The food is ok. Prices are a bit high..But the service is horrible. Took almost an hour to receive our order after ordering and we were the only ones in the restaurant. It is under a new name now, have not been recently, so hopefully things are better. I gave it 3 stars and no less, because if is a local owner and we need to support them nonetheless.
