The food is good but customer service is rather blunt and I'm too good for this job attitude. Been like that since they opened. Also the drive through window is like what are you trying to hide?
Y'all!! This place was so good!! enchiladas were PACKED with cheese and Chile, big af tacos! And beans and rice were on point! Wish I could eat here all the time! The customer service was amazing. ????
I've never been outraged enough by a drive thru taco experience to take the time to write a review. That changed today. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place. Our order: Four carne asada tacos and two medium drinks. Our total? Almost $30 only to be given a product that can best be described as a sloppy, disgusting mess. Typically, carne asada tacos come with two layers of corn tortillas, right? Not these, friends. In what I can only fathom as a cost saving measure, the tacos were wrapped in a single, flimsy corn tortilla. Picture a pile of meat, pico and guacamole nestled on a piece of gas station toilet paper. So you want to eat the carne with a fork? You're **** out of luck! No plastic utensils provided, either. Turn to your own meat shovels, cave people. And one final suggestion: Be sure to ask for hot sauce. They're not going to give it to you otherwise. And when they do give it to you, it's flavorless and watery. Godspeed, travelers. And to the residents of Eager, I'm super sorry that Aliberto's is your only taco shack.
