Ernesto and his staff do a wonderful job with catering. We had a big order of chicken enchiladas, cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice and chips with salsa. This was an order for 200 people, and every tray was piping hot! Not only were the portions generous, but our guests raved about the enchiladas. The rice stayed hot and was yummy. I ordered 3 mole poblano chickens from doordash. The estimated delivery time was around 20 minutes, as the location is right near my dorm. Several hours later, no delivery was made, and I eventually called the driver. The driver, who worked for the restaurant and was not a doordash driver, cited a busy schedule.
