Pizza ordered at 19.08 with deliveroo. Phone call at 20.30 to understand what was going on. Pizza arrived at 21.10 (2 hours and 2 mins later). I will avoid describing the home dramas with toddlers due to the wait. And yes, we went and buy somewhere else and ate before its arrival. Couldn't be cancelled nor get refunded. Not sure if this is deliveroo's fault or theirs. But something is broken. View all feedback.
