I expected more from IHG. This hotel is located in a great area with ease of access. Unfortunately, they are lacking in the quality I expected from this brand. Specifically, the (lack of) housekeeping needs to be addressed. At first thought my room was clean until I walked into the bathroom, there was urine dried up on the toilet seat and was not clean. As I went into the bed I’ve seen hair on the bed, which is disgusting. Everyone was nice but the cleaning crew was not.
