I purchase a Double bacon cheeseburger. One slice of cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, extra, extra bacon, Regular fries and large Dr. Pepper no iceThis meal was garbage. Five guys is using grade D meat. They are charging all that money for grade meat. I'm a Chief and I know grade D meat when I taste it. I just stopped by this place a few minutes ago and the lady in charge had terrible customer service skills. I ordered a cheeseburger with salad and mushrooms, but they made a mistake and put mustard instead of mushrooms. When I pointed this out to her, she seemed immediately annoyed and started shaking her head. She abruptly told me to wait five minutes, to which I replied, "That's fine," and stepped aside. She rudely insisted that I sit down, but I refused and told her I would wait there. She then called the next customer directly in front of me. Despite this, I patiently waited for my burger. I couldn't help but feel sorry for their employees, as if they treated customers this way, I can only imagine how they treated their own staff.
The food was good, but the shorter gentleman in black was eating the bacon. When I arrived, he put a piece of bacon in his mouth and turned his face towards the grill, which was unprofessional. Additionally, the table was not clean. The man was wearing a black shirt.
The five young staff members are always reliable and consistent. I gave this place 4 stars because it is not always the cleanest. It's not filthy, but could benefit from some more attention to cleanliness.
