Service is absolutely awful. They make waiting at the DMV or the doctors office seem fast by comparison. I fly through twice a month, and occasionally ill stop in to see if its gotten better. It hasn't. There are times i have waited 20 min with 3 customers in the place and 4 employees standing around and talking. And drinks are a bit pricey, even by airport standards. View all feedback.
