The Steven Seagal-themed pub in Stoneybatter offers a nostalgic vibe with a mix of locals and bougie clientele. Despite some staff attitude issues and a cash-only policy causing inconvenience, the bar boasts a vibrant atmosphere, quirky decor, and a Vietnamese food truck serving delicious food. The cozy lounges, diverse music selection, and spacious smoking area add to the unique charm of the establishment. Friendly staff, great drinks, and an overall welcoming feel make this pub a top choice in Dublin for a laid-back night out with a mix of old-school charm and modern flair.
What User likes about Glimmer Man:
Hadn't been in the pub in still same downstairs plenty of life good atmosphere clean nice decor memorabilia on walls. New upstairs part perfect for the smoking pundits also new snug with couches grand for a quiet drink with a partner away from the noisy pub part. Myself I prefer the atmosphere pub part. this place has changed from years when I did not live in this area, just now a lot of nostalgia around, present staff not very good and arrogant not as years ago, if they do not want to serve, not disturb, bar management, get a life!!! View all feedback.
