Young lady in front counter handling cash and food with out washing hands. Carne asada looks like ground beef. No flavor. Young lady is extremely rude and has bad attitude. Needless to say I did not even eat the food because I lost my appetite looking at the food. Gave no fork or spoon to eat. Not even napkins.
