I stopped going to Dantes as the pizzas became a mess, no care how they were put together, lack of toppings bad attitudes when you complain but the improvement is awesome. Best tasting pizza, good price. The wait doesnt bother me if im getting quality, and if their busy to me its a good sign. The pizza is great, but consistently at least 20-30 minutes later than stated (both for delivery and pick-up). Customer service is pathetic (staff barely even acknowledge the existence of customers in the shop). No apologies or anything to make up for the ridiculously long wait. Will no longer be going there.
