Hi, I had to repeat my order three times at the counter, yet the staff still got it wrong. I hope it wasn’t due to bad attitude, but having to ask three times and still receiving the wrong order is ridiculous. That said, the food is very good. View all feedback.

First class fresh fish and chips. The staff are very friendly and efficient. They took great care to deal with my daughter's vegetarian order in a separate area by a separate member of staff. Her food
Well, the fish was nice and yummy, the chips were a different story, ice cold, turned to dust in me mouth. The milkshake was the best thing I have ever tasted
I visited Macari-xtra again after returning from vacation in Lanzarote. We ordered two fresh cod fillets with tartar sauce and chips, plus a spicy burger and sausage for dessert. The fish was outstanding, the chips were very fresh, and the homemade tartar sauce was excellent. The spicy burger and sausage were fantastic as well. Every time I come here, the quality is consistently superb. Hatton's in Puerto Del Carmen was great for fish and chips, but Macari-xtra definitely deserves to be in the same league. Simply put, it was amazing. I highly recommend this takeaway. 15/10.
