we booked a date for a tour. we came there and the person who cared for customers said we should wait 10 minutes until the person who gave us the tour. I understand that they might have been busy, but after 10 minutes nothing happened. I waited in the toilet and no one seemed to care that I was waiting there because they just ignored me.
