What Anonym dislikes about Jankan:
No service... Waited for over an hour for our drinks with just other tables occupied only to end up collecting it ourselves at the cash register. No one even came to the table to explain why the pizza we ordered half hour earlier did not have all the toppings as printed out on the menu. Ridiculous and so dissatisfied. View all feedback.
This restaurant is lovely and the food is delicious. The children's playground is also great for hosting parties.
Amazing mood, eating and enjoying children playing and burning all their energy will be back
The service at this restaurant was terrible. We waited an hour for our drinks, despite only three other tables being occupied. We had to collect them ourselves from the cash register. No one even bothered to explain why the pizza we ordered was missing some of the toppings listed on the menu, even though it arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. Overall, we were very disappointed and dissatisfied.
Great service and always eat. wonderful staff. great experience for children. my daughter never wants to go
I was extremely let down by Jan Kan's delivery service. We waited 2 hours for two pizzas that were supposed to take only 30 minutes. Each time we called, we were given a different excuse for the delay. This was our first time ordering from the restaurant and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience.
