The beef broth in the Bun Bo Hue soup was rich and flavorful. It has a nice spice to it. The vegetables were fresh and crisp in the spring roll and noodle salad. What Larry Brix doesn't like about Fusion Palace:
I loved Phi’s pho. It was better than any other pho I have ever had. When the ownership changed, I was happy to find that the pho was the same. But now the new owners have changed the recipe and made it inedible. In addition, the peanut sauce with the summer roll is now watery and has an odd taste.
