I ordered a cheese pretzel it’s so burnt on the bottom. They don’t even put cheese on the pretzel. I waited 10 minutes so you guy could make it which I don’t mind but this was just nasty. Next time I will save my money and go to Wetzel’s Pretzels because you get your moneys worth. Someone would have thought they took a plain salted pretzel and put cheese on top because of how burnt it is. View all feedback.
