Donnell is the absolute best! There was a small mistake with my order, absolutely no big deal, I'm not really someone who complains for free stuff I just like getting whatever I paid for, and Donnell made sure of that! He gave me a brand new fresh sandwich made properly despite me eating half of the original (I drive for a living, so I don't often have time to go back and get it fixed) Give this man a raise! Ordered delivery at 7:30pm I live 1 minute away, actually 2 blocks away. They didn’t show up with my food. I waited 50minutes to call. They didn’t call me back to say they couldn’t make it or would refund me. They didn’t tell me how long it would take. Horrible experience.
