Have been to the Strand many times since they opened and tonight was the worst. Similar problems to the other posts-very slow kitchen, cold as ice bartenders and a manager that has his hands tied by ownership or is incompetent. It’s a holiday week-July 4th-and time be at the top of your game- and this cast of actors don’t care about their jobs or the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and find something else!
