One of the smaller Dunkin’s I’ve been to, but the staff welcomed me as I walked through the door. Plenty of parking and has an efficient drive thru if you need one. Clean and updated and my coffee was spot on. View all feedback.

The living incarnation of disappointment if it were made into a restaurant.Expect the staff to sit in the corner, offended at your existence, hanging with friends and playing on their phones. If your order is wrong, expect an argument. It's best just to save your time and mood, and visit the store across from Flying J on the Southside or go to the store on Hwy. 231 across from Walmart. Stopped into redeem a free beverage, but they were out of the caramel swirl. Pink velvet was recommended as a substitute, so I got that, and it was fantastic! Service was great!

I went to dunkin today and this poor girl was working all on her own and she was killing it!!!
They messed up my drink I ordered a vanilla coolata and they brought me a frozen coffee ans we waited over 10 minutes so I not going back till they fox themselfs because none of the employees new what they were doing because there were 2 and 1 was brandnew
I was in town and was very disappointed with the service at this DD compared to what I?m used to in FL. I go to Dunkin an average of 2-3 times a week and I usually order the same drink, a Large Ice coffee w/ cream Mocha swirl, but occasionallyswitch it up. So today I pull into the drive thru and I ordered my usual, as well as a medium pumpkin w/ cream since it?s coffeeday. After I pulled away and tasted the Mocha there was hardly any flavor. So I decided to just walk in and ask for a littlemore. I believe it was the Supervisor or Lead who took my drink and told me that ?it comes with 4 pumps and next time if I wantmore, I need to ask for more so they can charge, but she?ll do it this one time?. I was honestly a bit shocked because you couldclearly see there was hardly any color to the drink, and a miscount could have happened on their part, and I just couldn?tbelieve I got a free drink but yet I was scolded for asking for my drink to be corrected by politely just asking for a littlemore mocha. I will be sure to choose a different location when passing through town next time. I?m an adult and will not betreated like a child from some lady w/ some type of a power trip. The large drink had barely any mocha flavor, like maybe 1-2pumps. Not sure if they?re low, or get bonuses for not using but I?ve never got one w so little flavor. I sure wish I had takena picture of it before I went in, but I didn?t expect to be treated that way over a pump or 2 of mocha. SMH
