This is great! I love shokupan and have been making it by hand for three years now. Recently, I have finally been able to make bread that I can actually enjoy eating. It's still a deep and fascinating process. I would love to visit Wazawaza and see their bread making up close! I sometimes go snowboarding nearby, so maybe I'll give it a try. View all feedback.
I love to pay attention to detail. Although I have not yet tried their bread due to the distance, I recently purchased "How Wazawaza Works". I always read their blog, so there were many stories that I recognized and reread. It was very interesting. I hope to visit them someday.

We use original granola bread in our cooking. It is safe for children to eat as well.
