simple but pleasant frame. a chef who loves what he does with an obvious effort for the visual in the presentation of plates. Desert houses excellent ( macaron with divine melting black chocolate). the map could be more elaborate with regional specialities. wines at affordable prices. View all feedback.

Meal salad at 19€ wasn't worth half, large distribution bread, 2 sorbet balls at 7€, coffee at 2.7€, too expensive for the quality of the products! the presentation effort and the pleasant restaurant room do not compensate the price quality deviation! reception and friendly contact. I've already left my opinion on the same name hotel. even establishment even notation. In the evening stage you are offered a unique menu. to the announcement of dishes nothing very fabulous but sometimes simple things are the best. I've made the stale on the green salad entrance with gex blue because it's not too much of my thing. comes the grilled salmon dish, 3/4 potato and square zucchini flan. The flan was certainly frozen but it was about eatable. The rest was pretty bad. fish very probably under vacuum, hard and rubbery at a time with a sauce straight out of the bag and the warmed potato is simply terrific. I have to say I don't eat industrial products because I'm allergic to it. So as much as I told you I didn't eat anything at that table. the dessert proposed was sorbets (industrial of course) I preferred to abstain. How can a restaurant offer such mediocre dishes that they would be thought out of the worst canteens in communities??!!! I have remained completely overwhelmed and hunger in the belly.

Well received this day of warmth, the room is fresh and pleasant, we opt for the menu of the terroir at 22 €, the entrance is very fine, the trout with the savagnin sauce is served completely disintegrated, the wine of the jura is served very fresh, the desserts are home and season, we do not regret our visit.
We ate here while staying overnight. After a ling day travelling this was the perfect evening meal local, home-cooked food and local wines. Nothing fancy or pretentious, just extremely good value. Make sure you try the cheese!
This is a recherche hotel and restaurant even in its own village some km S of Dole once considered by some historians the centre of France The site is unassuming beside the Canal I stayed here with my children some years ago and...thought it creme de la creme The owners have changed by have retained the magic combo secret Husband cooks partner does the rest- no regular employees or management problems We dined alone at lunch on the Menu at E so service was perfect! The first plat was a delicate shrimp and lettuce salad with slices of tangerine in light dressing Second was chicken sausage I guess cooked slowly in hot bath with rice and lasagne made with layers of sliced courgette and egg in a gentle sauce Last was boules of homemade glace and sorbet- one sapin {pine another rhubarb and the third asparagus? all perfect This creative cooking was hard to find in Old France and cannot last in New France where can you find Michelin simple at E for lunch We had a glass of Jura vin Jaune Bit like sherry with a complex resin/ herb taste Go whhile you can -its on an autoroute not far from Dijon
