I stopped by Nourished by Long Shot on a busy morning to grab a coffee and a sweet treat to go. This tiny, hole-in-the-wall café is located on the same level as Long Shot itself, with tables extending into the foyer of Collins Square. This place serves exceptional coffee and divine desserts. The only drawback is that their popularity causes the takeaway service to be quite slow.

When I arrived, the menu was limited to coffee and sweet treats, though signs indicated that savory lunch items and soup would be available later in the day. The coffee, a strong St Ali Orthodox blend, was excellent. I chose a muffin because of its appealing crumble top, which was delightful, but the muffin itself was quite basic and dry — definitely one that looked better than it tasted. In hindsight, I should have tried the pastries, which looked incredibly tempting.
