Sorry but the quality has really declined drastically. I've probably wasted €3000 here over the last 15 years. The meat is full of gristle and pieces that don't belong there. No effort is made in the toppings or rolling up the yufka. Your ingredients used to be a lot fresher. Simply selling any old kebab doesn't work anymore. That's why you're now starting to get bad reviews deleted from Google instead of improving something. Finally start improving the quality of the meat! For me, steak like at Yaprak or decent minced beef, think of something. Talk to your supplier. Finally start putting more love into your kebab and the ingredients, like a good kebab deserves.
The only downside that I remember is that it was inspired by, in my opinion, the American Prison
