What nan andriola dislikes about 4 B's:
I was really looking forward to trying 4B's since it was closed for all of last year and half of this year (2020|2021). However, I found the layout to be quite confusing, as there was no traditional counter; instead, you pay the waitress directly. Unfortunately, the smell in the restaurant was terrible—like sewer gas—and it permeated the entire place! I can't understand how anyone could overlook that and still enjoy... View all feedback.
When she returned a second time, the speck was still limp. She came to check on me and asked why I had pushed my plate aside. I explained that the speck was still not crispy, and now there was grease pooling over my eggs and hash browns, which were cold. I mentioned that I would never serve a plate like that to a customer. Her response was that the crispy bacon was how our customers liked it and that they eat it prepared that way. She even claimed to stand by the grill waiting to cook it. It felt like she was speaking loudly enough for others in the restaurant to hear. In the restaurant business, the customer is always right, even when they're not! Her attitude was rude, careless, and simply unhelpful. She never offered me a replacement meal; she only removed that plate from our bill. As a native Montanan with family ties in the area, I will certainly be recommending against this restaurant!

Unfortunately, the smell was unbearable; it was like a sewage odor that permeated the entire building. I couldn't find a way to overlook this issue and enjoy my meal. I definitely won't be coming back.
When Stacy returned with my plate, the bacon was still limp, and there was grease dripping all over the eggs and hash browns, which had now gone cold. As someone who has worked as a waitress for 20 years, I would never serve a plate like that. When Stacy came back to check, I told her the bacon was still not cooked properly. She responded, rather loudly for everyone to hear, that when customers order crispy bacon, this is how it comes, and that she had personally watched it cook. She even asked if I wanted it put in the oven. In the restaurant business, the customer is always right—no exceptions. Her attitude was rude and disrespectful. She did not offer to replace my meal; she simply removed it from our bill. As a native Montanan with family in the area, I will be sure to recommend against visiting your restaurant in the future, despite their longtime patronage. This experience was incredibly unprofessional.
