We have an exchange student from Italy, so we brought him here to see how it compares. He said it was good, but not authentic. I think that should be considered a compliment! We would probably get that same response wherever we go for Italian food in the area. My shrimp Alfredo was pretty good, but needed a touch more sauce. Food was all good otherwise.
