Ordered the Tuscan chicken entree and decided to get a salad instead of the green beans and after I’ve basically eaten 90% of my salad I noticed a orange and black lady bug at the bottom of my salad bowl. Clearly they aren’t washing the salad off. I will not be returning. Just ruined my entire appetite. Beware if you go up here and get sick because if that was missed I wonder what else is.
